Florist (m/w/d) bei Eliflora in Schwabmünchen

 

In der Ausbildung zum Floristen/in lernst du die Pracht der Blumen kennen. Du lernst das Binden von Blumensträußen sowie das Anfertigen von Gestecken und Kränzen. Dabei spielen neben der alltäglichen Floristik vor allem auch die Themen Hochzeitsfloristik und Trauerfloristik eine große Rolle. Hier lernst du das binden von Brautsträußen, die Anfertigung einer liebevollen und verzaubernden Tisch- und Raumdekoration sowie ein Schmuckkleid für das Auto anzufertigen. Bei der Anfertigung von Trauerkränzen, Sargschmuck oder Urnenschmuck gehört neben viel Kreativität auch Geschick und Ausdauer dazu. Die meiste Zeit arbeitest du als Floristin im Stehen und musst auch mal schwere Vasen und Gestecke tragen können. Daher ist eine Grundfitness erforderlich. Neben der fachlichen Ausfertigung des Blumenarrangements, lernst du auch viel über den Umgang mit Kunden und richtiges Kalkulieren der Ware.

 

Die Ausbildung zum Floristen/in dauert drei Jahre und findet im Dualen Ausbildungssystem statt. Sie findet somit abwechselnd im Betrieb und in der Berufsschule statt. Mindestens ein Hauptschulabschluss ist Voraussetzung.

Wir bestehen aus einem achtköpfigen Team und bilden regelmäßig junge und engagierte Floristen aus.
